Not impressed with Allen and his Customer service. Ikea recommended a company called B E Stone to install my stone top for my new Ikea kitchen( Guess what- Ability Stone is a subsidiary and the installer.) The measurement done by his staff member was not in keeping with the kitchen layout and furthermore, they could not do an under counter sink installation where the stone would be flush with the sink. Was told by his staff-' if I was unhappy, I can get a refund'. Obviously, they don't care about customer service and doing what the customer is asking for. And what a cheek to still be charged $150 for a substandard measurement and service. Buyer Beware

Allen was quick to respond to my queries and provided a professional and very prompt service at a reasonable price. I now have a very well installed stone bench top. Highly recommended.

Can’t fault the service from Ability Stone. Allen was so patient with me as I went back and forth a few times, he answered all my questions and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I was able to go down and collect a sample to bring home which made choosing a finish so much easier. The man who came to measure and create the template was professional and extremely thorough, we were impressed with the effort he went to. The installation was a matter of days later which was perfect for us, and the installation pair who came on the day were friendly and professional. They did an amazing job and we can’t fault their work at all. We will be back to Ability Stone for our future projects for sure!

I ordered a benchtop through Ikea. Ability Stone was the contractor and they did a great job installing the benchtop. It was complex with lots of cuts. The team were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The benchtop looks fantastic l!
