APC is a terribly unethical company to work for. They underpay staff generally by not keeping abreast with award changes. They also make staff work 40 hours a week without paying the 2 hours over time. They are inflexible with employees needing to tend to personal matters and do not properly train or support staff. Their high turn over rate with staff is indicative of their unfavourable ways. The company is also extremely top heavy meaning more Managers than necessary whom bully and often intimidate staff. It is a family business which reiterates that they cost cut at every opportunity and question the dollar figure rather than rewarding staff for loyalty or their contribution to the company. Morale is virtually non-existent in this company as they only know how to over work everyone until they are forced to leave. Will not recommend purchasing from or working for this deplorable company.
